We had a lovely stay at this guesthouse. The breakfast was delicious, with a full English served every morning. The living room area was a nice touch, equipped with toys and Sky TV. The staff were very accommodating, providing a heater and extra blankets for our icy top floor room. The owners, Gareth and Jennifer, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent, close to Peaseholm Park, the Open Air Theatre, and a short walk to the town, shops. The sea view from our room was fabulous. We would definitely recommend Cliffside Guesthouse and would stay here again.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Cliffside in Scarborough. Gareth and Jennifer were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available when needed. The rooms, although a bit dated, were impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. The sea view from our room was absolutely stunning. The full English breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The location was perfect, close to Peaseholm Park and the Open Air Theatre, as well as a short walk to town and the railway station. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Enjoyed a cozy Christmas stay at this classic B&B with affordable prices. the location was perfect for attending concerts at the nearby Open Air Theatre and a short walk to Peasholm Park. the room was clean, comfy and had all amenities like a kettle and tea and coffee. Loved the friendly service from helpful staff.

The rooms were slightly small for longer stays and the en-suite bathrooms are compact. the breakfast was just okay but came with limited options and only one slice of toast served with beans on toast, though my partner liked his Full English breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even helped me clean my car after some seagulls had a party on it! The rooms were spotless and had really comfortable beds, with a lovely view of the seafront. And let me tell you, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I couldn't believe what I got for the price!

I had such a fantastic experience staying at this guesthouse. The location was perfect, right on the seafront with a stunning view of the North Bay and castle. The room was clean and cozy, and the ensuite bathroom was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
