This hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The staff pay great attention to detail, ensuring that everything is just right during your stay. The location is perfect, right on the seafront with a lovely beer garden and close to everything you could need, from shops to restaurants. The basic amenities are all in place, and our room on level 1 was comfortable and well-equipped, with a spacious shower and two seating areas. The extra-large bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The best part? Breakfast was included in the very reasonable rate, and although they only offered scrambled or boiled eggs, the quality was top-notch.

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the promenade, town center, and train station. The pool and Jacuzzi were a great bonus after a day of exploring.

I recently stayed at the Clifton Park Hotel for a business visit and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and the service in the dining room was excellent. Despite the small swimming pool, the Jacuzzi was a standout feature. The clean towels were plentiful and the food was delicious. The central location and comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel were also great.

The room, although a bit tired, was spacious enough and had a comfortable bed and adequate facilities. Throughout our stay, we enjoyed the use of the pool, which was a fantastic addition.

New Year's Eve in this hotel was perfectly located with easy access to all the activities around. The welcoming drinks and the countdown party in the hotel's lounge were a plus. The food was delicious with a wide selection of drinks available for a reasonable price.

The room was not up to the standard we expected. The paint was chipping off the walls and the bed was uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Lytham St Annes. The room was spacious with a lovely large bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The dinner was amazing, a 5-course set menu with great choices. The breakfast was ample with a variety of options. Despite the parking situation, the hotel is in a peaceful area close to bars and the promenade. The staff were always courteous, and I even had lost jewelry returned to me. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Our room was located at the top of the building and the stairs were quite a hike. It would have been helpful if the receptionist had informed us about the two car parks available, as we had some trouble finding parking.

As youngsters, we loved the great location, friendly staff, and comfortable public areas. The breakfast, though limited, was sufficient and there were plenty of quiet spaces to relax. Pool looked inviting too. Nice two nights staying here.

They accommodated my request for a later check-out time, which was very generous. The hotel's amenities, such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and massage chairs, provided great relaxation options. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the shoe shine machine, plate warmer, and bags for wet costumes. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town center and beachfront.
