The hotel's location was fantastic for exploring the city, with easy access to various landmarks and transportation hubs, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. the rooms were a bit small and in need of updating, with some cleanliness issues present. a decent stay for those prioritizing convenience and service over room quality.

I got excellent value for my money with a lovely, clean room that had all the essentials, including a comfy bed and nice toiletries.

We found the location ideal, just a short walk from Leadenhall Market and close to our office in Austin Friars. It was easy to get around by tube, making our visits to the financial district a breeze. the room was comfortable, featuring a super comfy bed and a clean bathroom, while the small gym offered practical facilities. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the complimentary bean-to-cup coffee in the lobby was a great perk.

The housekeeping policy was unusual, as we had to request room cleaning.
