The hotel had a great location, close to the theater district and a metro station nearby. the view of the park from the hotel was lovely. It provided a peaceful atmosphere. the staff were attentive and polite.

We tried calling multiple times for information and were hung up on each time without any help. the receptionist at the hotel didn't offer any apology for the phone service and instead blamed us for not speaking to her directly.

The room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette. The hotel is conveniently located near Holborn station, Covent Garden, shops, pubs, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary refreshments were available near the reception area. a great hotel for solo travelers.

Gym has cardio equipment, dumbbells, & a bench. Amazing location, walkable to main sights. Quiet area, good rest. Modern, clean rooms with complete facilities. Comfortable beds, excellent wifi. Free computer facility, internet access, and printing. Amazing value, like a hybrid of Hyatt and a local hotel. Friendly staff, easy-to-use elevators. Rooms have smart TVs and character.

My recent stay at Club Quarters Hotel in Covent Garden was fantastic! I was in London for a mini vacation and stayed for three nights. The hotel's location was perfect, just off Covent Garden and close to the underground. The rooms were clean and spacious, with house cleaning every other day. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also appreciated the fridge in one of the rooms and the convenience of several pubs and coffee places within a 3-minute walk. a great experience!

The staff was welcoming, friendly, and super thoughtful. They provided free tea, coffee, and water from a machine in the foyer, which was a nice touch. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a clean and comfortable room with a super comfy bed. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation. It was super close to the tube, just across the bridge from the bustling south bank, and close to the center and theaters.

We were delighted with our recent stay at Club Quarters Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the room size exceeded our expectations. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better - it's very close to the Holborn tube stop, making it easy to get around the city. It's also conveniently located near many attractions and right next to a lovely park. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating - they made my room available earlier than the check-in time and even let me have a drink at the pop-up restaurant while I waited. The room itself was modern, spacious, and quiet, with a comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. I also appreciated the convenience of the water machines and the coffee machine in the foyer.

Loved the convenient location in the heart of the city, within walking distance to many attractions. the complimentary bottle water stations on every floor and the complimentary umbrellas at the front door were incredibly handy. Additionally, the tea/coffee station in the main lobby was a nice touch, especially after a long day of traveling.

The room was occasionally too warm and the window couldn't be properly opened for fresh air circulation. This was a minor issue, but worth mentioning.

This place is located in a terrific area, right on the square of Lincoln's Inn Field. The location is perfect for exploring the center of this vibrant city. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The receptionist was especially sincere and went out of their way to assist me with any requests. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the towels provided were a good size, unlike the tiny ones I've seen in other hotels. I also appreciated the free coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby, as well as the cold water dispensers. the quality of service and the level of comfort here is top-notch.

I would highly recommend this hotel for families.

I recently stayed at this venue and I had a terrific experience. First of all, the location was fantastic as it was situated on a beautiful square that was in close proximity to all of the major attractions. Secondly, the staff here were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Lastly, the room itself was amazing with several amenities like air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, tea and coffee.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was close to Holborn tube station and within a 10-15 minute walk of Covent Garden. Being adjacent to Covent Garden meant that we were close to all the action, and we could easily walk down to the embankment. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-equipped room. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
