I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout. The location, nestled in a quiet residential area, was perfect for conferences during the day. The staff were friendly and provided all the basic amenities expected, including tea and coffee in the rooms. The high windows in the rooms created a bright and airy atmosphere, adding to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the freshly cooked breakfast, with a variety of options including fresh fruit, was a delightful start to the day.

This hotel is located in a very quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is set on an old college campus, offering lovely green views from the rooms. The attention to detail is impressive, with the rooms having high windows that can be opened to enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful surroundings. The prices are very reasonable, with breakfast included in the rate. Speaking of breakfast, the hotel serves freshly cooked products, including a variety of fresh fruit.

The hotel had a real sense of style and charm, with its origins as a university building evident in its architecture. It was refreshing to stay somewhere different from the typical chain hotels. The Executive Suite we stayed in was incredibly comfortable and clean, providing a great experience. The reception staff were also friendly and welcoming. Despite a few minor hiccups, like the lack of surface space in the room, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to Leicester train station and situated in the city centre. It was also within a residential area, providing a peaceful environment. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with high-quality furnishings and fittings. The staff were attentive and the service was great. The breakfast included fresh fruit and the bar served good food.

Certain rooms had issues with noisy heating pipes, which caused inconvenience to some guests.

The value for money at College Court was excellent, with a compact yet comfortable room and all the necessary amenities provided. The location was great, with a view of the fish-filled pond from our windows and easy access to a refreshing breeze. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues with the door card keys.

The breakfast menu could be improved with tastier options, as some items like the black pudding and scrambled eggs lacked flavor and texture.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with all spaces being very clean, warm, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and informative, providing great hospitality throughout my stay. The breakfast offered an excellent variety of options, including a nice work area for remote working and a comfortable bar/restaurant for evening relaxation. The hotel's location in a residential area outside the city center was convenient, as it was within walking distance to various amenities.

our recent stay in leicester was incredible, but College Court Hotel surpassed all expectations this time. the lovely executive room had everything we needed, from a comfy bed to a well-equipped desk. the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff were fantastic. Donna's recommendation for dinner also turned out to be amazing!

Something was missing during our stay.

My Christmas stay was enjoyable overall. the hotel had a great location as it was close to public transportation and had many restaurant options nearby. the room was cozy and comfortable. Another great aspect of the hotel was the breakfast offered, which provided many delicious options to choose from.

There were some aspects of my stay that could have been better. the heating system in the room was problematic, as it was difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level.

Superb new accommodation, clean and easily accessible. Helpful staff fulfilled our request for more tea bags at 1am. Impressed with security and layout of the hotel. Twin balcony with relaxing garden view. Amazing shower in executive room.
