Very friendly staff, answered all questions and went out of their way to assist. Good sized room with windows that can be opened. Hot chocolate in the rooms, which was a hit with the children. Great location, easy walking distance to Arundel and close to road network. Quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful stay. Convenient amenities nearby including a petrol station, Spar shop, and McDonald's. Lovely breakfast for only £5.

The bed was comfortable and we got two complementary bottles of water. the hotel was located in the city centre, very close to shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and fast check-in process.

The room was quite small and the bathroom was not clean. We found hair in the sink and the shower.

Cleanliness - The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast - The breakfast options were good, including a cooked breakfast. The coffee was also nice. Staff - The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Parking - There was ample free parking available at the hotel.
