We had a great value for our money at Factors House. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect with easy access to the bar and pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Mind-blowingly awesome cottage with a secure garden, super clean bedrooms, and plenty of fresh towels. Comfy beds, great for 6 people. Ideal for disabled guests. Close to reception, bar, and swimming pool. Friendly staff, free parking, and free wi-fi. Fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, and space for wet gear. Great river walk nearby. Amazing facilities including hiking, canoeing, fishing, children's play area, and indoor swimming pool. Pet-friendly and strict no-smoking policy. Total paradise!

the house was impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities. It was perfect for me and my grandchildren, with spacious rooms and a well-stocked kitchen. the staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt completely safe in the secure environment. there was a great walking path down to the river.

We loved the spacious property with its well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The pool was fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food at the bar/restaurant, especially the chicken and bacon sandwich, was delicious. It was the perfect place to rest after a long day on motorbikes before starting our journey on the NC500.

Felt fine, no complaints.
