I stayed at Common Leys Farm for my wife's hospital visit. Ally, the host, was incredibly accommodating and made my stay stress-free. The two-storey cottage was splendid, the surroundings were tranquil, and everything was spotless and comfortable. I can't recommend Commonleys enough!

The room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The shower room had nice large towels. The kitchen was adequate for cooking most dishes. The area was nice and peaceful with lots of pheasants and red kites around. The nearby towns had interesting old houses and pubs.

Common Leys Farm Villa was an absolute delight! The rooms were beautifully decorated in a Chinese ancient style and the attention to detail was impeccable. I loved the cozy arrangement and the big bath tub was a wonderful touch. The family that runs the place were so welcoming and made us feel like old friends. The best part was the farm atmosphere, with friendly dogs, cool cats, and a variety of other animals. Plus, they even had a shooting range on the farm! Definitely a place I can't wait to visit again.

I recently stayed at Common Leys Farm for a peaceful getaway. The rural location was tranquil, and being on a working farm added a lovely country touch. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, complete with interesting animals like chickens and alpacas. the villa itself was well-equipped, with a kettle and tea and coffee facilities, including a cafetiere and filter coffee. the bar and sitting room were also lovely, and I appreciated the availability of local produce for sale. I can imagine how wonderful it would be to stay here on a summer's day.

Our stay at Common Leys Farm was absolutely delightful. The cottage we stayed in had a quirky charm and all the amenities we needed. Both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The hosts were amazing, ensuring our happiness and comfort throughout our stay. The surroundings were heavenly, with the soothing sound of water cascading from the courtyard pond and beautiful koi fish to watch. We even had the opportunity to explore the clay pigeon shooting range nearby, which was a pleasant surprise. This was our second time staying here, and each cottage we've experienced has been perfect. We can't wait to book another stay at one of the other wonderful cottages.

Common Leys Farm Waterperry offers a beautiful and quirky decor in a lovely setting. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and nice large towels in the shower room. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, with pheasants and red kites in the area. The restaurant serves good food at the right price. The hotel provides a great value for money, giving guests an upgrade to a cottage and offering nice facilities such as a kitchen for cooking.

The internet in the rooms was not working and there were some light bulbs that were not functioning properly.
