Recently refurbished, the apartment at Congress was superb. The quality interiors and much needed air conditioning made for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Despite some minor issues with the TV, internet reception, and a randomly activating smoke alarm, I am confident these will be sorted soon. The well-located property provided easy access to local shops and restaurants, which Reception should highlight. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

congress apartments in eastbourne exceeded my expectations. the apartment was lovely, with a huge shower and comfy bed. the kitchen was a big advantage, allowing me to cook my own meals. the staff were extremely helpful and the facilities were fabulous.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent, with prices that were very reasonable. Secondly, the attention to detail was exceptional, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and the very good shower. Lastly, the location just off the seafront was perfect, allowing for easy access to the beach and stunning views.

We loved our stay at these apartments! The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The newly refurbished room we stayed in had a comfortable bed, a dining area, a relaxing armchair, and a fantastic flat-screen TV. The kitchen and bathroom were both excellent. The location of the apartments, right next to the tennis club and close to the seafront, was fantastic. We also appreciated the free parking available in the area.

The lack of effective communication and customer service is a major drawback. Guests have experienced difficulties in contacting the management, resulting in delays in receiving responses or resolving issues.

I couldn't believe it when I arrived at my room and found out that it had been cancelled without any notice. It was a complete nightmare, especially since it was my wedding day. I had booked the room well in advance and received confirmation emails, but still, they cancelled on me. It was truly a stressful situation, and I had to spend hours sorting it out. However, despite this unfortunate incident, the room itself was clean and spacious, and it had all the amenities we needed. It was good value for money, and the location was perfect. I would still recommend this hotel despite the room cancellation incident, as long as you double-check your reservation and have a backup plan.

I had the privilege of staying at Congress Apartments recently and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach. The apartment itself was modern and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a large TV. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. While there were a couple of minor issues with loose tiles and a lukewarm shower, they did not detract from my overall experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had a pleasant stay. Despite reading some negative reviews, I encountered no hidden charges during my stay. I highly recommend Congress Apartments to anyone visiting Eastbourne. I had a great time and would definitely choose to stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised with our upgrade to the penthouse and family suite, giving us ample space and a great variety of television options. The location was fantastic, just a two-minute walk from the seafront, where we enjoyed delicious fish and chips at Harry Ramsdens. the brand new apartments had top quality tiled flooring, a big flat screen tv with lots of channels, and a well-equipped kitchenette with new appliances. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was warm. highly recommend!
