The value for money at Copthorne was great, with a clean and spacious room. The location was also perfect, close to the venue we were attending and a fantastic kid-friendly restaurant. The staff were amazing, treating my 2.5-year-old son with so much care and attention. They were welcoming, friendly, and always went out of their way to help.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel in a central area. The location was absolutely wonderful, allowing me easy access to various parts of the city. The hotel had excellent service, especially from the restaurant manager who went above and beyond to accommodate our request for extra pillows. The staff in general provided great service and were very attentive to our needs. The room amenities were also top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to air conditioning and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a fantastic dining area and bar/lounge, where I enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast and relaxed with a drink in the evening. Furthermore, the free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were a great convenience.

This place is highly recommended for families.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the city, making it easy for us to explore other areas of this vibrant place. We were able to walk to the town centre and enjoy all the attractions nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The staff were polite and helpful, always there to assist with any requests we had. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to all.

The location of the hotel is convenient, being close to Birmingham city centre and the train station. Although there are ongoing roadworks, making it hard to locate using Google Maps, it is still easily accessible. The room is clean and well-presented, with comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and attentive, with Sheila standing out for her warm and welcoming service. The breakfast is enjoyable, with a variety of fruit-infused water available in the lobby.

One negative aspect is that there is no air conditioning in the hotel, making the room temperature uncomfortable, especially during hot nights.

During our recent trip to this hotel, we had a great time with our group of friends. The location was perfect, as it was close to bars and restaurants, which made it convenient for us to go out and have a good time after watching a comedy show at the nearby town hall. The room we stayed in was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from. Finally, the view from our room was amazing, overlooking the city skyline.

The restaurant service was a bit disappointing, with some issues regarding orders being late and incorrect.
