Charlie, the manager, was exceptional with his communication, providing all necessary details and answering queries in a professional and friendly manner. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and more spacious than expected, easily accommodating all eight of us. The lockbox and door codes made check-in and check-out efficient, and the kitchen, though compact, had all the necessary amenities, including a coffee machine and microwave. The additional luggage storage facility was a convenient and helpful service.
