The location of the cottage is ideal for visiting attractions such as the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and The Hepworth, Wakefield. The open plan kitchen/sitting room is spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The lack of an enclosed garden may pose a problem for guests with dogs, as there is a nearby road.

stayed here previously in emley and this time host & stay - cosy cottage exceeded expectations. clean, spacious, and welcoming. great wifi and a helpful welcome pack. nearby attractions and easy to find with emley moor transmitter tower. perfect base to explore from.

I really got my money's worth at this place! The room was cozy and clean, with all the necessary amenities for cooking. The location was perfect, with a fantastic farm shop nearby and beautiful views. The staff, who were actually the owners and their family, were incredibly friendly and gave us great tips for things to do in the area. Plus, they absolutely adored our dog, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were even welcomed with little pots of tea, coffee, and sugar upon arrival. a fantastic experience that we will definitely be returning to!

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider variety of options on the menu.

We had a fantastic stay at this cosy cottage. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the spaciousness exceeded our expectations. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds made our stay a delight. The hotel facilities, including the powerful shower and reliable WiFi, added to the overall comfort. The location was ideal, with a nearby farm shop and cafe, perfect for a lovely stroll. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful tips from the neighbors. a wonderful experience.

Mind-blowing cottage with super spacious rooms, jaw-dropping sunset views, and a cozy ambiance. The wifi was fast, and the off-site car park was convenient. The electric kettle and cookware were handy, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment. Great for hiking, fishing, and near a golf course. No pets allowed, and no smoking on site.
