The cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and the location was perfect for exploring the Broads. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby attractions such as Bewilderwood, The Broads, beaches, Great Yarmouth, and Norwich. The breakfast menu was extensive and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I also loved how the staff surprised us with Easter treats on Easter Sunday morning. it was a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I couldn't have asked for a more picturesque B&B. The property was stunning, with beautiful grounds to explore and relax in. I loved taking walks through the wood accompanied by Jess the dog or the hens. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The shared bathroom was homely and well-maintained. The highlight of my stay was the fabulous breakfast, with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and homemade jams. The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly, offering valuable local knowledge. Highly recommended, I can't wait to return!

I appreciated the availability of games, books, and DVDs for entertainment, as well as the provided toiletries and chocolates. The use of bathrobes and slippers for the hot tub added to the overall experience. I highly recommend Cotenham Barn Bed & Breakfast for a memorable stay.

I recently stayed at a delightful country hideaway, perfectly located to explore the surrounding areas. The self-catering accommodation was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a well-designed wet room featuring a great shower. The grounds were a sight to behold, especially in the springtime when the garden would have been in full bloom. The owner's generous welcoming touch included fresh eggs, homemade bread and jam, cereal, and even a box of chocolates. The peaceful ambiance of the lovely garden made for a truly relaxing experience.

The lack of terrestrial TV or Freeview was a minor inconvenience.

We spent Easter weekend at a gorgeous location in the countryside. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We loved the freshly cooked breakfast made to our liking. The best aspects were the quietness surrounding us, which was much needed after a busy week, and the beautiful walk nearby with scenic views. We found some pleasant surprises on the way, including a charming pub with a cozy fireplace and delicious food, and a lovely pond with some wildlife. It was also conveniently located close to a city and easy to explore the area.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about this place. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back for another restful and enjoyable stay in the future.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The private facilities make us feel exclusive, with a Jacuzzi and outdoor dining area. The garden is idyllic and perfect for BBQs, and there is a snack bar for light bites. The room we stayed in was spacious and had exclusive amenities that met our needs perfectly. The service was impeccable and made us feel right at home.

The only minor issue was that the traffic noise from the nearby main road could be heard sometimes, but it did not take away from the luxurious experience. this hotel is a slice of paradise where we could relax and unwind in complete comfort.
