I always return for a city break. Staff kindly assisted with my elderly parents. the inn suits me: Free Wi, Fi, Free parking, 24, hour reception.

The kids loved the exciting activities, especially the pool and games room. the friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the delicious meals kept us energized for all the fun!

My wife says that a kids' play area would enhance the family experience.

Had an amazing stay at this lovely inn on the Hill recently. the staff were so welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the start. the room was spotless and cozy, with everything we needed. the food at the restaurant was delicious, although slightly on the pricier side. the beautiful garden area was perfect for a morning coffee or a relaxing evening drink.

The toaster in the breakfast area could use an upgrade, as it took ages to toast the bread properly. Another improvement could be adjusting the water pressure in the bathroom basins, as it was a bit too strong.

the clean and well-equipped room along with the lovely garden area was perfect for unwinding. the only bummer was having to remember to ask for fresh towels, as they weren't automatically replaced daily, but overall, it didn't put a damper on our really enjoyable time 😊.

As young holiday goers, we found the location of the inn to be perfect for exploring the beautiful villages in the Cotswolds. The friendly atmosphere and warm welcome made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a bright and airy feel. The breakfast offered a great selection of continental options, and if you wanted a cooked breakfast, it was available for a reasonable charge. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the inn.

The location on the hill in this city was perfect for exploring nearby towns like Burford and Stow on the Wold, as they were just a short drive away. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to talk to me and ensure my happiness. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options including fruit salad, pastries, cereals, yogurt.

Oh, just a few minor details - dirty wardrobe, fridge, mirrors, bath, bloodstains on bedding. But who needs those, right?
