The hotel is centrally located in the village, making it convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the town of Brockenhurst itself offers a peaceful and charming atmosphere, with horses and donkeys often seen wandering the streets.

Loved the personal touch of having a designated parking space upon arrival and being greeted with tea, coffee, and cake. the location was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions, walks, and restaurants. - the breakfast was delicious, with locally sourced ingredients and cooked to order.

I would have appreciated a handrail on the last step of the staircase, it felt a bit unsafe without one.

I recently had an amazing stay in a charming hotel located in the heart of a picturesque town. The hotel is just a short walk from the train station, making it super convenient for travelers like me. The room I stayed in was spacious and spotless, with a beautifully carved wooden bed that provided a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom amenities were of high quality and locally sourced. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious, locally sourced food that satisfied my taste buds. my experience at this hotel was fantastic, leaving me eager to return in the future.

The only drawback I encountered during my stay was the limited availability of certain facilities at the hotel.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in the heart of the New Forest. Our room was beautifully decorated with bespoke furniture made from local trees. the check-in process was smooth and we were even given a guided tour of the facilities. We loved the cozy snug area where we could relax by the wood burner and play board games.

The low ceilings in some parts of the hotel were a bit of a challenge for my tall partner. He had to be careful not to hit his head.
