great little cottage in a perfect location, with everything we needed for a long weekend away. very friendly host who made check-in a breeze. highly recommend for a city break in whitby.

The location of the cottage was stunning, tucked away in a charming mews just off the bustling cobbled street. It really added to the overall charm of our stay. Additionally, we greatly appreciated the provision of towels and bed linen, saving us the hassle of bringing our own. The kitchen was well-equipped, even though we didn't cook, it gave us the option if needed.

Our experience was marred by some noticeable drawbacks. The cottage itself was quite grubby, with cobwebs hanging from light fixtures and remnants of previous occupants scattered on the floor.

We had a fantastic stay at a comfortable and well-equipped cottage in a perfect location. the cottage had everything we needed and was close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Although there were some steep steps to the entrance, it didn't deter us from wanting to go back. It's just something to consider if you have mobility issues. Cottages-Whitby provided a cozy and convenient experience that we would highly recommend.

I recently stayed at Cottages-Whitby for our first year wedding anniversary and it was perfect! The location was excellent, with a short walk to Church Street car park along a gorgeous cobbled road. The cottage had a lovely homely feeling as soon as we walked in and the communication from Kirsty was fantastic. She was always available to answer any questions and was very friendly. The apartment was modern and compact, with all the necessary amenities. a tremendous experience and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Everything is what i need and want.

The location of the cottage was perfect, right in the centre of town and close to everything. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the town centre and having a lovely pub nearby. The views from the living room and kitchen were stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop to our stay. The owners were friendly and approachable, always available to assist us if needed. The cottage was comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy bed. It was clean and tidy, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The shower was not very powerful and occasionally ran cold, which was a minor inconvenience.

This cottage was fabulously close to everything in the heart of this city. It was literally on the harbor and just seconds off the Main Street, yet it was still really quiet. The location was great for little legs and exploring all the sights.

The rooms are well equipped, clean, and tidy. The service is fast acting and helpful, as the owner quickly resolved any issues that arose. The entrance is via a set of steep steps, so it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. However, there is plenty of long stay parking within walking distance for a reasonable price.

The cottage lacked tea and coffee on arrival, which would have been a nice touch after a long drive.
