the room was impeccably clean and tidy, with extremely comfortable beds. the bathroom was well appointed and spotless. the breakfast provided was excellent, offering delicious food, and the staff took great care of us. the friendly proprietor was always willing to help, offering advice on local amenities and showing interest in our daily activities. the hotel has convenient parking and is located right next to a bus stop, providing easy transportation into town or down to the beach within a short walk.

our recent stay in carbis bay was a delightful escape, but count house cottage truly surpassed our expectations. everything was pristine, the beds were cozy, and the breakfast was divine. the friendly owner made our visit special with valuable local tips and genuine interest in our enjoyment. cons: poor breakfast quality.

I keep coming back for the cozy ambiance and excellent service. the staff found my lost ring on my first stay, which I'll always remember. Free Wi-Fi, parking, TV, and kettle make it perfect. Can't wait to return for New Year.

Just stayed at a cozy place next to a bus stop with a quick ride to town. the walk to Carbis Bay beach was LOVELY. the deep walk-in shower was the best! Will come back, photos don't do it justice. 🚿🏖️.
