The host was very welcoming and helpful, even checking in with us during our stay. The apartment was clean and modern, with everything we needed. The showers were excellent and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the convenient parking and the lovely outside area. the staff and facilities were top-notch.

Hallway lights were motion-operated, which was inconvenient with small children.

I recently stayed at Courtbrook Farm Apartments for a few days and it was absolutely fantastic. The property was newly refurbished and very modern, with a great attention to cleanliness. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The location was rural, but nearby Topsham offered charming pubs and cafes. Branscomb beach, just half an hour away, was a hidden gem with clear waters perfect for swimming. The hosts, Jenny and Philip, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. a wonderful stay.

I do recommend this hotel.

The countryside setting was beautiful, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with great bathrooms and showers providing hot water. The location was convenient, with easy access to places of interest and nearby beaches. The friendly host was helpful and the excellent WiFi and two TVs were a bonus.

The lounge area seating was uncomfortable and reminiscent of waiting room chairs. The large TV mounted high on the wall caused a stiff neck when watching.
