We had a wonderful stay at this guest house. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. the personal service was great - our names were remembered and the hosts were always willing to help. the room was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities. the location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, the theater, and the waterfront. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. we highly recommend this guest house for its excellent service, cozy rooms, and convenient location.

We loved the location of this place - away from the louder centre but still within walking distance of great tourist attractions including the pier. It was brilliant to be able to enjoy the peacefulness of the area while still being close to all the action.

The room was beautifully decorated, warm, and had everything I needed. The hosts, Melina and Julie, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The breakfast was outstanding, with a lovely selection and a special mention for the cooked breakfast. a comfortable stay with great amenities.

Parking was a bit difficult and required purchasing a permit.

The cleanliness of the guest house was exceptional. As someone with allergies, I appreciated the effort put into keeping everything dust-free and mold-free.

Although the internet connection in our room was weak and the beds were slightly uncomfortable, these minor drawbacks did not impact our overall enjoyment of the stay.

Sitting down with the hosts and other guests for breakfast was always a joyful experience, filled with laughter and great conversations. We can't wait to return to this beautiful place and see Julie and Milena again.

We had a fabulous stay at a guest house in Brighton. From the warm welcome to the clean and comfortable room, everything was perfect. The hosts, Melina and Julie, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of the area and great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including a cozy bed, a refreshing shower with fragrant toiletries, and excellent WiFi. The highlight of our stay was the delicious and filling breakfast prepared by Melina. We also enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the guest house, sharing laughs with the hosts and other guests. We highly recommend anyone to stay at this lovely guest house.

The hosts were very friendly and made me feel at home. the room was decorated tastefully and was well equipped with a small fridge. Breakfast was included and I had the option of a delicious Full English or Continental breakfast. the location was perfect for my trip as it was in a quieter area but close enough to the city centre and other attractions.

The only downside to my stay was the size of the en-suite shower room, but it was adequate for my needs.

The service and housekeeping were top-notch, and the room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and sitting area, added to the comfort of my stay. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment when I wanted to relax. The attention to detail was evident with the free toiletries and electric kettle provided in the room. The carpeted floors added a touch of luxury, and the dining area was a pleasant space to enjoy breakfast. I couldn't fault the accommodation or the staff at this hotel.
