I had the most wonderful stay at the hotel. The gardens and grounds were simply stunning, and the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. I stayed on the second floor in a room with a curved window, and it was spacious and had a lovely sitting area. The room offered amazing views of the lake and gardens, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel staff were relaxed, professional, and friendly, making me feel right at home. The hotel also had beautiful areas to relax in, and the service was exceptional. The facilities were very clean, and I appreciated the nice array of toiletries provided. this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it.

Lovely stay for our 20th wedding anniversary. I liked the history of the house and the well-cared-for gardens. Our room had beautiful views of the lake. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. I had a wonderful experience at Cragwood Country House and would recommend it to others!

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in the Lake District, surrounded by stunning countryside and with beautiful views of the lake. The location was perfect, with the hotel situated right near the shores of the lake. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a well-appointed bathroom. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a good selection of options. it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

That there wasn't much space to store our suitcases in the smaller room we stayed in.

The staff at Cragwood Country House were incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond to make my birthday stay special. They arranged for fresh flowers and a personalized card in the room, which was a lovely surprise. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious, with the best scones I've ever had. The 5-course meal for dinner was full of amazing flavors and the Spanish waiter provided excellent service. The breakfast, especially the full English, was cooked to perfection. The hotel's grounds were beautiful and the location offered stunning scenery. Despite a few issues with the room, the overall experience was wonderful.

Although the room was nicely decorated, it was a bit on the small side, and the bathroom needed some updating. the dinner options were limited and a bit expensive.

The value for money was great, considering the location and the comfort of the room. The hotel is right by a beautiful lake with stunning views, and the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and spotless, and they even provided a cot for my 2-year-old with a cute teddy bear and baby wash set. The location is amazing, right on the edge of Lake Windermere and very close to the town center. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering to carry our luggage and providing exceptional service. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I also loved the cleanliness and the beautiful views from the various lounges.

The bathroom in our room was extremely small and uncomfortable. the doors in the room were not soundproof, which meant we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including their TV playing late into the night.
