Easy to find, clean room, comfortable bed, amazing dinner, large portions. Great location overlooking Loch Ryan, warm welcome, nice room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Very helpful staff, clean and bright room, excellent meal, reasonably priced, good night's sleep. Comfy bed, good breakfast, wooden floor, no toilet brush, reasonable price.

I had a memorable experience during my holiday at this hotel. the rooms were beautifully decorated and provided a luxurious and comfortable stay. the sheets were of high quality, and the bed ensured a restful night's sleep. the breakfast served in the morning was absolutely delicious. There was a wide variety of tasty foods to choose from, including a great selection on the menu. the location of the hotel was ideal as it was conveniently situated close to the town center and within walking distance to various attractions and amenities.

the parking area was cramped and it was quite challenging to maneuver in and out of the parking spaces. Lastly, while the bar had a good selection of cocktails, there were some key ingredients that were not available, which was a bit disappointing.

We had a great experience at Craignelder. the hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal and offers spacious rooms. the separate house where my double room was located was a unique touch. It was clean, well-furnished, and had all the amenities we needed, including a lovely ensuite wet room. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel's restaurant served delicious meals. I particularly enjoyed the gammon steak and the full Scottish breakfast. it was a welcoming and affordable hotel that I would definitely stay at again if I'm in the area.

Great location near the coast and attractions. Comfy beds and lovely sea view from the room. Good breakfast and friendly staff. the dinner was delicious, especially the roast beef and lamb. the portion sizes were generous, making it great value for money.

The bathroom flooded when showering, and there were cobwebs and stains on the walls. the carpet was patched and worn, giving the room a dirty appearance.

We had a lovely stay at Craignelder Hotel. the warm welcome, comfortable room, and beautiful view of Loch Ryan made our visit memorable. the friendly chef cooked us delicious meals for dinner and breakfast. the owner has done an excellent job refurbishing the hotel and we had a pleasant conversation with them. the convenient parking outside the front door was a plus. We will definitely return before our ferry crossing.

The best aspects were the convenient location to the ferry terminal and the town center. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a lovely dining room and a bar that had a pool table. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond, providing us with lunch instead of breakfast due to our nightshift schedule. the cleanliness and quality of this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Had an amazing New Year stay! the room was spacious with a comfy bed and a stunning view. the restaurant was clean and modern, and the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the variety of dishes, especially the Mushroom and Cashew nut strogonoff and the roast silverside of beef. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit in the area. the hotel is located in a beautiful spot, overlooking the shore line.

The room could use a bit of modernization and it would have been nice to have a room with a view to the front. It would have been worth paying a bit extra for that.

We had an early departure and couldn't enjoy breakfast, but the staff kindly made us sandwiches for our ferry ride to Belfast. The hotel's proximity to the ferry terminal was great for our travel plans. The friendly staff went above and beyond, making our Scottish Breakfast delicious and ensuring our needs were met. Our room was immaculately clean and cozy. the staff, food, cleanliness, and location were fantastic.

the location is excellent, being very close to the ferry terminal which was so convenient for my trip to Belfast. Secondly, the staff were exceptional - they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. I was impressed by their attention to detail and their friendly, helpful nature. The basic amenities provided were great, and the rooms were cozy and had very comfy beds. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and made even better by the fantastic view of the loch.
