Conveniently located near major roads for easy access. Quiet area with ample parking. Modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean property with tasteful furnishings. All necessary facilities provided. Comfortable bed, despite personal preference for softer mattress. Excellent value compared to other B&Bs.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house in Aberdeen. The facilities were perfect for our family with 2 small kids. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal, with easy access to the city center and plenty of off-road parking. We also loved the delicious breakfast that was included in our stay.

We felt really good about our stay at this guest house. There was nothing to complain about.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms were absolutely amazing and comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious and the location was perfect. It was just outside of the city center, so it was quiet and peaceful, but still only a short 10-minute journey into the heart of the city. On top of all that, the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely book a stay here again.
