I recently stayed at Crimdon Dene in Torquay for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of fruits and cereals, and a perfectly cooked full English breakfast. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the train station, seafront, and shopping center. The owner and his family were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, including toiletries and welcoming treats. a highly recommended guesthouse with excellent service and amenities.

One negative aspect is that the shower in some single rooms can be difficult to adjust, with sensitive temperature controls and low water pressure.

The staff were welcoming and easygoing, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a substantial spread of homemade jams, marmalades, fruits, and yogurts. The B&B is conveniently located just a short walk from the seafront and an interesting Abbey. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return when visiting this wonderful place with its beautiful beaches and lively harbor. If you're looking for a great place to stay in this town, I highly recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. the staff went above and beyond, helping us with our luggage and even driving us to the train station when we checked out. the room was equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, including complimentary water, chocolates, and a hair dryer. the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. We especially loved the homemade jam made from local fruits. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the harbor and the beach.

had a romantic trip to Torquay and stayed at Crimdon Dene. Wow, what an amazing experience! Margaret and John were so welcoming, and the breakfast John cooked was delicious. The beds were super comfy and we had our own keys for easy access. Definitely coming back and recommending it to others.
