I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location in a quiet residential area was perfect for me, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service provided by the friendly staff was exceptional, especially during the extreme weather conditions. The housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring that the rooms were clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the wide range of room amenities, such as ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely garden area with comfortable garden furniture where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The lack of air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortable on hot days. Being above a pub, there was some noise that could be heard.

Stayed at Crofts Hotel for a gig at The Globe and it was the perfect location! Saved money on a taxi by staying here. Free on-street parking was a huge bonus. Everyone, from staff to customers, made us feel incredibly welcome. The pub had great prices for food and drinks. Hassle-free online check-in and key code for entry. Will definitely be back!

The room at Crofts was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. I slept well on the roof and found the keypad system and text message check-in process to be smooth. The pub restaurant, although closed due to restrictions, looked like a great place to have a drink and a meal. it delivered what it promised.

I recently stayed at Crofts Hotel for a weekend getaway with my family. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire hotel was spotless. We loved the affordable price and the welcoming atmosphere in the bar, where we even got to chat with Crofty, the talkative African Grey parrot. Our triple suite was gorgeous and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic, and the breakfast was a great value. We would definitely stay here again!

The pub on the ground floor may cause a slight inconvenience for some, but it didn't bother me. the room I stayed in had a slight smell of cooking, but it wasn't a major issue as the overall cleanliness was excellent.

Checking in was easy with an access code instead of a key. the recent refurbishment meant everything was new, and I especially loved the bathroom with its proper window and walk-in shower. the location was convenient for visiting both the Heath area of Cardiff and Penarth. a pleasant and comfortable stay.
