We loved the large and comfortable room with its fantastic view of the playing fields. The hotel's proximity to the ferry and railway station was incredibly convenient for our onward journey. We also appreciated how this hotel was close to the Breakwater, the harbour, and the town centre, allowing us to easily explore the city without being in the midst of the bustling city center. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations for restaurants and other useful information.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the ferry port and the railway station. The proximity to the ferry makes it easy to catch early morning ferries without any hassle. Many guests appreciated the short walking distance to the ferries and mentioned that it was a great place to stay before their journey.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, light, and airy. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We felt very welcome upon arrival by the owner, Len. The breakfast bar in the room had an excellent selection to choose from, including cereals, yogurts, fruit pots, fruit juices. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, close to ferries without being a 'chain' hotel. It was opposite a large park, close to the train station, and next to the Cambrai pub. a wonderful stay with great amenities and a welcoming staff.

the owner was very helpful, even contacting me prior to my arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process. the self-contained lodgings were perfect, allowing me to come and go as needed. the area was quiet, and the parking on the driveway was convenient. the room and shower were spotless, and I appreciated the attention to detail with amenities such as shower gel and shampoo/conditioner. the breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of continental options provided in the room. it was a great find and I would strongly recommend it.
