The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the town centre with easy access to everything. The staff were excellent, providing top-notch service. The bar and food options were good, with reasonable prices. The hotel was dog-friendly, allowing us to bring our furry friend into the bar area. The rooms were charming, clean, quiet, and comfortable. a great experience.

The hotel has a fantastic location in the centre of the city which is great if you're planning to visit the cathedral or explore the city. The rooms are spacious and include a large bed, a bath with all the amenities, and a rainfall shower which is a nice touch. Moreover, the staff were friendly and breakfast was included, served in a lovely restaurant.

I had the best night sleep in a hotel, with a comfy bed and no trouble sleeping. The hotel building was lovely and historic, with high ceilings and stained glass windows. The location was excellent, right in the center of town, close to the cathedral. The staff were friendly and the food was amazing, especially the breakfast.

The breakfast at Crown & Mitre was delicious, with a good variety of options. The staff serving at breakfast were attentive and friendly, making sure that everything was to my liking. Additionally, the central location of the hotel was very convenient for exploring the area.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It was convenient to have a gated car park, so we didn't have to worry about finding parking. the staff were mostly helpful and friendly, which made our stay a bit more enjoyable.

Our room was not up to par. It wasn't very clean, with cobwebs and surfaces that hadn't been properly cleaned.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location in the main City square of this city was perfect, as it allowed us to explore the Centre of this city easily. We didn't need to use our car at all, as everything including bars, restaurants, and popular visiting sites like the cathedral and castle, were within walking distance. The hotel's fabulous building added to the charm of our stay. The staff were incredibly professional and helpful, responding quickly to any issues we had. The spacious room had a lovely view over the city centre, and it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered a good choice and quality of food, and the grand setting made it even more enjoyable.

The breakfast had a good range to choose from and the staff were friendly. the hotel's central location was great, as it was easy to explore the city on foot and find restaurants to eat at. Plus, the complementary gift in the room was a lovely surprise.

The room was on the darker side and lacked good noise proofing. the bed was uncomfortable due to a saggy mattress, and the room needed updating with some cleaning of the skirting boards and radiator.
