We had an absolutely perfect stay at Hatters. The room was amazing, with incredibly comfy beds and bedding. The food was delicious, and we were particularly impressed by the incredible service provided by a young staff member with a blond pixie bob haircut and a lovely accent. Despite a minor issue with the remote not working and missing out on a TV show, our overall experience was outstanding. We can't wait to visit again!

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location, just a short walk from the beach and in a quiet area, is ideal. The staff are friendly and provide good service. The basic amenities are provided, although it would be nice to have plug sockets near the bedside. Additionally, the telephone in the bedroom allows for easy communication with the outside.

The breakfast, although included, was served on cold plates with inedible sausages.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. the rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax in. We were pleasantly surprised by the tasteful decor throughout the hotel, especially the beautiful parquet flooring in the breakfast room and entrance lobby. the convenient lift made it easy to access our rooms on the upper floors. the towels provided were soft and the spacious bathroom had both a shower cubicle and a shower over a bath, perfect for our needs. We also appreciated the delicious Carvery meal available on Sunday and the reasonably priced drinks at the bar.

While the bathroom was generally clean, there were some minor issues like stained tiles and a leak stain on the ceiling. the bath took a while to drain after a shower and the remote battery cover was broken.

Clean, quirky rooms with Alice in Wonderland theme. Ironing board and tea/coffee facilities provided. Comfortable four-poster bed. Bathroom with good shower. Excellent breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location, close to beach and town. Perfect for a trip with a pet. Already planning our next stay.

The themed hotel was a refreshing change from the usual, and the spacious and clean rooms were excellent for our family with kids. The hotel bar area was fantastic and the staff were professional, polite, and friendly. The food choices were wonderful and cooked to perfection. The location was good and the large car park made parking easy. We would definitely visit again when we are in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Skegness over New Year's! the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel was clean and tidy. Our room was perfect for our family of four, with an extra room inside. It had all the amenities we needed, including a TV, WiFi, and tea/coffee facilities. the bathroom was nice, with two showers available. We also enjoyed the menu at the bar, and the location was great, just a short drive into the center of town.

There were a few things that could have been better. the breakfast service felt a bit disorganized, and some of the dishes were dirty.

Staff quickly provided oil heaters for colder evenings. Delicious Carvery meal available on Sunday, best booked in advance. Barman was helpful in explaining the process.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk to the beachfront and within walking distance of Skeggy town centre. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a great view of the surrounding area. The staff provided attentive service, and the breakfast was delicious.

There seemed to be some miscommunication and confusion with the staff, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the hotel's cooked breakfast offerings and the helpfulness of the receptionist. the atmosphere was friendly and accommodating, and the fact that we were allowed to bring our dog was a bonus.

The room decor was dated and had cracks on the walls. We could hear sounds from the next room, which kept us awake at night.
