exploring the coast, loved staying in Southwold again. Crown exceeded expectations: great variety for breakfast, delicious food, charming dining room. Staff friendly, efficient, and helpful. Made our own gin at Adnams distillery, highly recommend. Lovely room overlooking high street, didn't need to use car, walked everywhere.

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at this hotel. the check-in process was smooth and the staff was very friendly. the room was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed. the highlight of our stay was the exceptional food at the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed delicious meals on both nights. the location was also convenient, with easy parking and close proximity to popular attractions in the area.

While the overall experience was excellent, there were a couple of minor issues. the lack of air conditioning in the room was a bit inconvenient, especially during warm weather.

I had a lovely time at Crown Hotel in Southwold. The central location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was amazing, with a cooked-to-order full English breakfast and perfectly cooked Eggs Benedict. The staff, from reception to the bar and breakfast, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room had effective curtains for blocking light, ensuring a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.

The room was a bit small and on a warm night, it would have been helpful if the bathroom window was openable. Additionally, the WiFi was patchy, but this seemed to be an issue in the entire area.

Our city trip gave us a great opportunity to explore a lively town center with plenty of activities and entertainment. the hotel was incredibly well positioned, which allowed us easy access to the town’s highlights while remaining secluded enough for a good night's sleep. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as hospitable as possible. Our spacious room was comfortable, clean, and included all the modern amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had a variety of tasty options to choose from.

Despite the hotel's prime location, we didn't appreciate the noise levels from the nearby bars, which interrupted our sleep on multiple occasions. while the room was lovely, we found the prices to be quite steep for what we received.
