We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Crown Lodge. The moment we walked through the door, the friendly receptionist made us feel at ease. Our room turned out to be an apartment, which was immaculate in every way. As a family with specific dietary requirements, we were thrilled that the hotel was able to accommodate our allergies without any issues. The food was delicious and there was a good variety to choose from. The staff throughout our stay were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. We even received a kind gesture of complimentary honey to soothe a cough. a truly magnificent experience at Crown Lodge.

The hotel facilities were new, clean, and modern. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing an easy check-in and resolving any issues promptly. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Despite being next to a road, there was no noise from traffic. The location was easy to find and there was parking available. The restaurant in the hotel had delicious food and the staff even gave me complimentary jars of honey when I needed it for my cough.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in a lovely area. The location is absolutely picturesque with waterways running through the center and quiet roads surrounding it. The hotel itself is top-notch, offering enhanced comfort and quality services. The room was large, comfortable, and impeccably clean, which as a germaphobe, I truly appreciated. The decor was modern and to my liking, with great amenities such as black-out curtains and a large TV. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me and my dog feel welcome. And let's not forget about the food! The restaurant served delicious meals with generous portion sizes. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Located in a lovely area close to the Norfolk coast, this hotel offers a great location for those wanting to be near the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfy beds and spotless bathrooms. The staff provides exceptional service, even leaving personalized notes for late arrivals. The breakfast is delicious and there is a good selection of beers in the bar. Nearby restaurants are recommended on days when the hotel restaurant is closed.

No air conditioning made the room hot and noisy with open windows. Synthetic pillows and duvet were not preferable.

We spent our Christmas here and were impressed by the great service. The food was outstanding and presented beautifully. The staff were efficient and polite and ensured our celebration was hot, plentiful, and of good quality. The rooms were amazing, clean, modern, quiet, and in good repair. We also appreciated the great WiFi connection and the convenient parking location, which was just a few feet from our room.

The hotel, unfortunately, appeared understaffed, which resulted in slow service. The wait time was too long, which was frustrating and put a damper on our celebration.

We traveled with four adults for a funeral and were planning to stay in a family room at Crown Lodge. However, upon arrival, the hotel graciously provided us with a complimentary room next door. The staff, food, and rooms were all lovely. Despite being located on a main road, the hotel's setting was surprisingly relaxing, with a canal and beautiful greenery. The WiFi was great, and we enjoyed plenty of water pressure and hot water. On Sunday evening, when the restaurant was closed, the hotel recommended a nearby restaurant that was fabulous. The entire experience was amazing, and we are thankful to the hotel for their hospitality.

I recently stayed at Crown Lodge in Wisbech for a few nights and I couldn't have been happier. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which was a big plus for me as I am quite the germaphobe. The staff at reception, especially the blonde haired lady who checked me in, were friendly and approachable. They even brought my breakfast to my room, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was modern and well-decorated, with blackout curtains and a large TV. I also enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the beautiful riverside walks nearby. a fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic afternoon tea at the Crown Lodge Hotel. The portions were generous, and the scones with jam were light and delicious. The sandwiches were fresh and flavorful, and the selection of cakes was wonderful. We even asked for doggy bags to take some back with us! a delectable afternoon tea that we highly recommend.

The room was a bit warm, as we couldn't open the window due to its ground floor location overlooking the car park. This made it difficult to sleep well.

We stayed at a lovely little hotel in Outwell, a picturesque village about 15 minutes drive from Wisbech. The staff at Crown Lodge were fabulous, always smiling and very helpful. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped with underfloor heating and complimentary Netflix on the TVs. The food at the hotel restaurant was exceptional and the overall quality of everything was top-notch. With its convenient location, just 8 miles from Downham Market train station, we had easy access to Ely, Cambridge, London, and even took a day trip to the Norfolk coast.

Can't fault the property in any way.
