Location was perfect. easy access to Tube. Wi-Fi could use improvement.

I had a decent time during my stay. The breakfast was ordinary, and it felt understaffed. The location was close to the subway, making it easy to explore. Housekeeping was inconsistent. I noticed a mouse in the restaurant, but the staff brushed it off. Despite these issues, I appreciated the friendly staff who made an effort to engage with guests. I traveled alone and hoped for a better experience.

the two-story room was a big hit with the kids, they loved the stairs! noise from the corridor was quite nuuisance in the early hours.

The hotel is perfectly located near the Gloucester Road tube, making it easy to explore London. We enjoyed the lovely afternoon tea in the garden domes, and my teenagers loved the breakfast buffet, especially the pancake machine that made fresh pancakes on demand.

I really loved the comfortable size of my room and the easy walk to the Gloucester Road tube station, which made getting around London a breeze. Being so close to the Natural History Museum offered a fantastic way to spend an afternoon exploring exhibits.

The hotel is well-located near public transit and many shops, making it easy to navigate the area. Our room was comfortable and pleasantly quiet, allowing for a restful stay after busy days exploring local attractions. The breakfast featured various delicious options, including excellent pastries and gluten-free choices. While we faced a few minor inconveniences, such as the air conditioning being slightly hard to find and a crowded breakfast area, the overall experience was enjoyable and the staff were exceptionally helpful.
