The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to enjoy two restful nights of sleep. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the city and the Southbank. The staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, were friendly and welcoming. we had a memorable and enjoyable stay at Hyatt Regency.

From the moment we stepped into reception, we were greeted by attentive staff who were impeccably dressed. the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, and it was clear that everyone took great pride in their work. the highlight for us was our room with a riverside view. the views of Battersea, the Tate, Westminster, and the London Eye were simply breathtaking. the bathroom was also excellent, with a perfect shower and high-quality body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. the staff were lovely and even helped bring our delivered food up to our room.

The hotel's location made it easy to access popular attractions like the Tate and the Millennium wheel within a short 10-15 minute walk.

My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency was excellent. I visited for a business trip and stayed for a few nights. The hotel is located away from the crowded tourist areas, but still close enough to reach the main attractions easily, with buses right in front of the hotel. Our room facing the backyard was quiet and clean, and the stunning view of the Parliament house was a bonus. The shower was really good and the bed was big and comfortable. I also appreciated the Nespresso coffee provided in the room. The staff were all kind and polite, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

Our stay at Hyatt Regency was exceptional. The king double room we stayed in was spacious, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The balcony offered wonderful views of the Thames. The surprise celebration package for my partner's birthday was beautifully presented in the room. The hotel is conveniently located, just an 8-minute walk from Vauxhall tube station.

One drawback was the upfront charge of £50 per room for the mini bar. It would have been more convenient if they had charged us for what we actually used instead of holding the amount upfront.
