We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza. The hotel's location right next to the airport made our early morning flight so convenient. Walking to the terminal was a breeze, saving us a lot of time and hassle. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The full English breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to our day. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

I had a great stay here at a location that was within easy walk of Terminal 4. The service room had everything I needed, including tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities, and a soundproofed room. I also appreciated the staff's welcome drink and their willingness to help with laundry and airport shuttle services. The restaurant's special diet menus were a nice touch, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
