I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency in Manchester. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The shower was especially impressive, and the bathroom as a whole was top-notch. I also loved the window in my room, which offered a beautiful view of the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide selection of tasty food.

The property at Hyatt Regency was exceptionally clean and the location was perfect. The staff were outstanding, especially Helena and Maria, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were given a free upgrade and the views from both rooms were stunning. The modern and clean rooms, along with the wonderful shower, added to the overall positive experience. We will definitely be returning, this time with friends.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. the location was ideal as it was within walking distance of the city centre and near the university campus. Secondly, the service was impeccable with staff always on hand to help with whatever I needed, whether it was room service, dry cleaning or laundry. Thirdly, I was impressed with the amenities available in the room such as the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities and flat-screen TV.

I had a great time at this venue and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the area.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, which was a top priority for me during these times. The room was perfect, especially for a longer stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit in the city. The hotel's location was ideal - not directly in the busy center, but still close enough to reach all the attractions within 5-10 minutes by taxi. The breakfast, served individually, was of good quality. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel card keys had some issues and had to be replaced multiple times during my stay. Parking was not provided, but they directed me to a nearby car park that closes early and required a fee.

The staff at Hyatt Regency were incredibly accommodating, allowing us an early check-in even though we didn't give prior notice. We also appreciated the free luggage store after check-out. we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location was superb and very convenient to access. It's close to the train station and easy to find. I appreciated the free complementary coffee, tea, and bottled water which was a nice touch. the restaurant was also great, with fair choices, and I was impressed with the excellent service.

I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome due to their suspicious attitude towards guests. the pillows were too thick, making them uncomfortable to sleep on.

The room was fantastic, with great views of the city and a luxurious feel. the complimentary amenities like the tea, coffee, and biscuits were a lovely touch. the bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. the location was spot on, with easy access to the city center and great transport links. the room exceeded my expectations and made my New Year stay even more enjoyable.

The lack of a hotel car park. It would have been much more convenient if the hotel had its own parking facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, as it was right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of the train station and all the main attractions. The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service, from the 24-hour room service to the efficient housekeeping. We were also impressed with the wide range of facilities available, such as the fitness centre, jacuzzi, and sun terrace, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

There were some minor inconveniences regarding the breakfast, with average scrambled eggs and limited fruit selection.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we received a room upgrade and drinks in the hotel bar. The hotel was only a 3-minute walk from our daughter's university halls. The gym was impressive and had I known, I would have brought my workout clothes. The hotel had great views over Manchester and the room had a comfortable bed, complimentary amenities, and a big TV. The reception area was clean and modern, with a beautiful Christmas tree.

Felt so much at home, no complaints at all.

Location, helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, special birthday arrangement.

Can't fault anything about it.
