The view from the hotel room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful River Thames. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing and inviting. The facilities provided were top-notch and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

During my stay, I had a minor issue with the food service as the options were limited and there were no snacks available at all times. However, the hotel's response to my complaint was satisfactory as they refunded me for the meal.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, right by the Thames River! It was so nice to sit on the patio and enjoy a cup of coffee in the sunshine. Plus, it's conveniently located within walking distance of the shopping center and the train station.

Stayed for a city trip and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi offered. the location was within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops, and had a beautiful view of the river. A big plus was the secure parking that was free for guests.

There were also problems with the outdated TV and the max capacity policy at the bar.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza for my anniversary and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us. The spa facilities were great and everything was spotlessly clean. As a special touch, we received a complimentary dessert to celebrate our special occasion. Although they couldn't offer us a different room, they provided compensation so we will definitely be back. The room itself was comfortable and the staff were attentive to our needs. We also enjoyed access to the executive lounge and the pool. a wonderful stay.

Great facilities including pool and spa, with a room overlooking the river which was lovely. the executive lounge provided snacks, beer, and wine. the hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

Room had some maintenance issues such as peeling wallpaper and a broken TV aerial. the promised birthday gift was not provided, and housekeeping did not fully clean the room.

The location of the hotel was great, with the train station nearby and the front outside area perfect for a leisurely stroll along the beautiful Thames river, where you could watch the boats go by. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and included in the room rate. The hotel also had a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and a spa area, which were all wonderful facilities to enjoy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service at the hotel. I had a small issue with the room, but the front desk staff immediately upgraded me to a larger room with a beautiful river view and balcony. This gesture really made my weekend getaway extra special. The hotel is also conveniently located for exploring the charming town of Caversham and Reading. I especially enjoyed the boat trips available just outside the hotel. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Reading for a few nights. The hotel staff were incredibly cheerful and helpful, and the bed was amazing. The bright and modern bar/restaurant area had a great atmosphere in the evening. The pool and sauna facilities were enjoyable, and the convenient parking was a plus. I had a positive experience and would stay here again.
