I had an amazing stay at this hotel on the edge of the sea. The rooms were beautifully finished and offered stunning views across the firth of forth. The staff provided a warm personal welcome, with a sign outside the room and a personal message on a postcard inside. The attention to detail was evident with treats like Tunnocks tea cakes and shortbread provided with tea and coffee facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the toiletries were luxurious. I especially loved the sea view room, where you could see the tide coming up to the wall outside. The hotel has been tastefully renovated with nice touches like a Bose speaker and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Loved the stunning views of the sea from my hotel room and the nearby beach walks. The staff was really accommodating and friendly, which was great. Plus, the meals served at the hotel were really tasty and offered a good variety of options to choose from.

The room felt outdated and was not cleaned properly, resulting in an unhygienic experience. The bed was also uncomfortable and the outdated furniture made the room less than inviting.

Nothing not to love.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for a seaside getaway. The attention to detail in the rooms is evident, with a magnificent sea view from our windows overlooking the forth. The rooms were clean and recently painted, although they lacked a few small finishes. The location by the beautiful beach is simply breathtaking, and we enjoyed having breakfast on the water with a cup of good filter coffee.

All in all, our stay was wonderful and we couldn't fault this hotel.

All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and eager to please. The food at dinner was delicious and reasonably priced, and breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. The rooms are right on the edge of the sea and offer fabulous views. The local food is truly outstanding, especially the best porridge I have ever tasted. we had a lovely stay and highly recommend it.

Fantastic sea view, right on the beach. Immaculate hotel with comfortable beds and excellent bed linen. The chef accommodated my gluten-free needs, providing delicious meals. The customer service from Susan was exceptional, making our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
