I had a wonderful experience at Culane House Hotel - B&B. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure our comfort. The rooms were compact but comfortable, with nice hot showers and heating. We were impressed with the early breakfast they provided, even though it was before the designated time. They also helped us arrange a Loch Ness tour, coordinating with Grey Hound tours and even arranging hotel pick up and drop off. it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

We stayed at Culane House for our first time in a B&B and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us from the very first minute. The location was great for shopping and eating in the City Centre, and the free street parking was a bonus. The room was nicely furnished and met all of our requirements, with free wifi included. Kenny, one of the staff members, provided exceptional customer service and made our stay a pleasure. We would recommend this place just to meet him!
