I also appreciated the reasonable prices for the delicious food and beer. Despite some minor decoration issues, the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend Cumberland Inn for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The evening meals were cooked to order and of the highest standard, with generous portions fit for a King. The hotel also offered a great variety of real ales, with Maxim being the standout. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, surpassing what you would expect for the price. Additionally, the hotel's location provided breathtaking and spectacular scenery that made me feel like I was on top of the world. I will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a fantastic time staying at this family-friendly inn in a beautiful Cumbrian market town. The pub was very friendly, and the views from our window were absolutely gorgeous. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were exceptionally nice and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of locally produced food. They even had a bar with a wide range of alcoholic drinks at reasonable prices. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a more enjoyable stay.

The bathroom could have used a non-slip mat in the shower to ensure safety.

During our coast to coast cycling trip, we stumbled upon a charming B&B located in a lively pub. The friendly staff, like Debra, made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom was basic but sufficient. The freshly prepared breakfast provided a great start to our day. Plus, the stunning view from our room was an added bonus.

The noise from the pub below could be disruptive at times.

The room was enormous with a king-size bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Excellent tea and coffee facilities. Soft and fluffy towels. The landlord and staff were joyful and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The hotel does not have modern features like a chain hotel, but it had a warm and cozy atmosphere which more than made up for it.

the breathtaking views from the bar window left me in awe, and the food surpassed all expectations. the menu was sublime, and each bite was a delight to the taste buds. the location, accommodation, and friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable. This hidden treasure should definitely be recognized by Mr Michelin Star. I cannot praise this place enough.
