I had a great experience at the guest house. Easy parking upon arrival and all facilities were just as described. Even though we were late due to traffic, we were able to easily contact the owner and they were very understanding. the rooms were spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the breakfast provided was delicious and the location was perfect, with amenities nearby. We even enjoyed a nice meal at the nearby Toby Carvery.

Everything was absolutely spot on! 👌🏼

Comfortable and Welcoming Stay in St Annes

I've been a regular guest at this cozy hotel in St Annes for a few years now, and I must say, it never disappoints. The friendly atmosphere and comfortable accommodations provided by Doug and his team always make me feel right at home. I especially love the themed rooms after the recent refurbishment - my favorite room has the perfect beach vibe.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming guest house near the beach and transport links. The hotel was immaculate and had a cozy lounge area where I could relax and enjoy a drink. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of choices to suit everyone's taste. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money and the attention to detail throughout my stay. Moreover, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the cinema and conveniently close to both the town center and the beautiful beach.

I couldn't find anything to fault during my enjoyable stay.

This hotel is just a stone's throw away from the beach, making it the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The staff are incredibly attentive and go out of their way to make everything as easy as possible for the guests. The rooms are well-equipped with plenty of extras, and some even offer a nice view of the promenade. Plus, the breakfast included is absolutely delicious and sets you up for the day.

The bed was comfortable and cosy, perfect for our romantic escape. the view from the window was also nice, we could see a bit of the sea. We loved the location, being able to easily walk to the seafront and enjoy the fresh air. the breakfast was tasty and filling, we particularly enjoyed the croissants and jam.

The room was quite small and cramped, we had a hard time moving around and had trouble packing and unpacking our belongings. the bathroom was also quite small, and the shower didn't have much pressure, making it hard to get clean.

Great value, full English breakfast, comfortable bed, en-suite room, free wi-fi, warm reception.

I had a fantastic stay at a hidden gem in Lytham St Annes! The guest house I stayed at was clean, welcoming, and located right by the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed. The hosts went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, even giving me a lift to the train station when I was running late. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. It truly felt like staying with family. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and affordable stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this guest house. the room was spacious with a great sea view. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. the inclusive continental breakfast had a decent selection of cereals, fruit, and juices. the full English breakfast was cooked to perfection and was served on a warmed plate. the owners were welcoming and made us feel at home. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the center and right by the seafront. the availability of an ironing board and iron in the room was a bonus. the lounge with the honesty bar and fridge was a nice touch.

One minor downside was the hanging shelf between the beds. It was a bit loose and at a downward angle, making it difficult to rest a drink on it while watching TV from the bed.

Plenty of breakfast choices, cooked breakfast available, great for lone travelers, seaside themed bedding and decor.

First time staying in a bed & breakfast and it exceeded our expectations! The hotel made us feel incredibly welcome and the staff were always on hand if we needed anything. The room was bright, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the seaside theme throughout the accommodation, it really added to the charm of the area. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful sandy beaches of St Annes. Plus, having the option to bring our dog along made the stay even more enjoyable for the whole family. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, giving us a great start to the day. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The breakfast choices were superb, with a variety of juices, fruits, and cereals. The cooked breakfast was especially delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect, being only a short walk away from the town center and right by the seafront. It was also great to have ample car parking available.

The shelf between the beds in our room was hanging loosely off the wall, making it impossible to rest a drink on it while watching TV. This was quite inconvenient, as we had to keep getting up and walking across the room to have a drink.

Plenty of breakfast choices, inclusive continental or cooked full English. Seaside themed bedding and ornaments. Genuine down to earth owners. Good for lone travellers. Excellent location with on street parking. Well-appointed single room. Good transport links nearby.
