We loved the central location, with pubs, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The cottage itself was clean and tidy, with all the necessary kitchen facilities. The outdoor hot tub was a fantastic addition, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Bensons Gem - Cyanacottages exceeded my expectations. The cottage was cozy, welcoming, and in a perfect location for exploring. I was happy with the value for my money and the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only suggestion I have for breakfast items would be to offer a wider variety of pastries.

The location was ideal, being close to popular tourist spots. It was also handy to have a hot tub on the property, providing a nice extra touch. the property was clean and modernized, with great facilities.

The check-in process was a hassle, as we spent a significant amount of time trying to locate the property due to unclear instructions. there was a lack of communication options, as the phone number provided was not valid and we had to rely on email correspondence.
