Intimate hotel with friendly staff, great location next to a beautiful park. Good dinner. Lovely stay, extended an extra day. Food was excellent, though Sunday lunch was missing Yorkshire pudding. very nice break and would return.

Dales Country House Hotel offered great value for the money, with a cozy room and friendly staff who made our stay extra delightful. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from town, and the beautiful lounge made evenings truly enjoyable.

The hotel had a cozy and charming atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff. the food was absolutely delicious, and the waiting staff were attentive and interested in making our experience better. the room was comfortable, clean, and warm, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel also provided seamless transportation for the Thursford Spectacular Show, and we were welcomed back with mulled wine and mince pies.

It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room, as well as better lighting for reading. the menu for the evening meal was not displayed in the foyer during the day, which would have been helpful for planning our meals.

We loved the Edwardian house set in a large park. the friendly staff in reception and dining room made us feel very welcome. the dining room was elegant with beautiful flowers on the tables. Our bedroom had pleasant views over the park. the food in the evening was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the continental breakfast with a prettily presented platter of cheese and ham at a very reasonable price. the staff also arranged a birthday cake for my wife, which was a lovely surprise.

I must say I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the peaceful location was just what I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the condiments provided. Specifically, I had to ask for sugar, butter, sauces, and marmalade multiple times, which was a bit bothersome.

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and there were a few things we liked about our experience. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at home and were always ready to help. the location of the hotel was superb. It was surrounded by beautiful woods, perfect for a peaceful walk. And the advantage was that the hotel had well-maintained grounds where we could take a leisurely stroll. Lastly, the food at the hotel was very good.

They were outdated and shabby, and the washbasin in the bathroom was cracked. the sound insulation in the rooms was poor, and we could hear noises from outside as well as staff coming into our room without permission.

I recently stayed at the charming Dales Country House in Sheringham for a week-long getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering breakfast in the same room. The hotel grounds were beautiful, perfect for my dogs who were fascinated by the squirrels. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Additionally, I appreciated the unexpected gesture of not being charged for the day I had to leave early.
