The setting was great, breakfast was delicious with a pleasant view, staff were friendly and helpful, and the wedding experience was remarkable and perfect.

The service at all departments was outstanding, and the selection at the restaurant and bar was excellent. The rooms used for the wedding were fantastic and adorned beautifully. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the food served at the wedding was first class.

The location of this hotel is truly stunning, nestled in the Buckinghamshire countryside with beautiful views of the Thames. The architecture of the main building and the interior design create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, with super comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout the hotel. The breakfast selection is good and the spa facilities offer a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.

There were some issues with the service in the restaurant and bar.

During my business trip, I enjoyed the key location of the hotel, which was in a quiet and secluded setting. the staff were accommodating, and the food was truly delicious. the hotel offered spa treatments that were both indulgent and rejuvenating.

While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also some drawbacks to note. I found that the spa treatments were very difficult to book, as everything was fully booked upon my arrival.

This hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and lovely, the building is huge and interesting. The gardens are gorgeous. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Some of the staff are clearly new and still learning but they’re just so lovely and willing to listen. The breakfast was stunning - we ate an evening meal in the hotel one evening too and it was exquisite - we had massages in the spa that was clean and lovely - the pool is heated and there’s a steam room and sauna …. The whole stay was just amazing.

We did find that the staff could have been more attentive and welcoming.

The hotel does not seem very family friendly, as they do not allow children under 5 on the property. However, as a couple, we felt cozy and had no complaints about our stay.
