The location of this B&B is fantastic! It is very close to the beach, just a short walk down the road. I loved how convenient it was to access the pier where I was diving from. it is located within walking distance to the town centre along the seafront, making it easy to explore the shops, pubs, and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable with clean and private bathrooms. The owners provided a delicious breakfast with a wide selection of options. They were also very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

That our room didn't have a sea view or a balcony, even though we had booked and paid for it. However, it didn't bother us too much as we still enjoyed glimpses of the sea throughout the day.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B near the beach, which was conveniently located close to everything. The family room was lovely and immaculate with a comfortable bed. The hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating, providing a travel cot and high chair for my baby. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the black pudding. The host even made us fresh bacon sandwiches before our early departure. the location, room, service, and breakfast were all exceptional.

The shower pressure could have been stronger.

Spent Christmas at this lovely hotel. the decorations were wonderful and created a cozy and festive atmosphere. the breakfast was great, with plenty of options for all tastes. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and the beach. the off-street parking was also a huge plus.

The room was quite small, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. the noise from the other guests could be heard easily through the thin walls, which made it difficult to sleep.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk away from the bustling town center of Swanage. We loved being so close to the seafront and the beach, it made it really convenient for us to spend our days by the water and explore the shops and restaurants nearby. The room we stayed in had a lovely view of Ballard Down, which was a nice bonus. The breakfasts served were also generous and quickly served, giving us a good start to our day.

There was a minor issue with the water pressure in the shower on the top floor of the building. At one point, it even stopped altogether during the morning rush.
