stayed in Princetown before but Dartmoor Inn blew me away. The electric BBQ plate at dinner was amazing and the staff were terrific. They even got me a great cheese selection when I didn't like the sweets. The location was perfect for backpacking and the bed was super comfy.

We had an amazing time at the inn! The location on the edge of Dartmoor offered stunning views, perfect for a day's moderate walk. The food was outstanding, both for breakfast and dinner. We loved that they offered organic options, and the meat dishes were exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel well taken care of. Plus, it seemed like the local mountain/moorland rescue team was keeping an eye on us, which added to our sense of safety.

We felt incredibly welcomed during our stay, and there was honestly nothing to complain about.

The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The menu for evening meals was a pleasant surprise, and we enjoyed the best steak of our lives. The hotel accommodated both guests with and without dogs, and the location in the National Park was perfect for walks. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. a lovely experience that we would recommend to family and friends.

There was a lack of staff, resulting in a long wait to be served. The sausages were undercooked, the eggs were runny, and the bacon was dry and hard.

As two women travelling alone, we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met.

We felt safe walking at night, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is nestled in beautiful countryside, perfect for exploring. The staff, particularly Sally and Danny, were excellent hosts. The suite was comfortable and the breakfast was good, especially the creamy scrambled eggs. The hotel itself is organic, locally sourced, and family-run, which added to the overall charm. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. They made us feel like part of their family. The room was lovely and comfortable, with a view of the picturesque moors, and we enjoyed seeing the horses, cows, chickens, and geese. The food at this hotel was truly exceptional. From breakfast to lunch and dinner, everything was amazingly cooked and beautifully presented. Chef Frank's steak was particularly outstanding.

We recently stayed at a charming inn nestled in the heart of a stunning National Park. The location was perfect for meat lovers, as the restaurant served deliciously grilled dishes sourced from local farms. Our room was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding moors. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay, and the breakfast was a true highlight. We were impressed by the range of facilities offered, including a cozy pub.

One minor observation was the need for some improvements in the bathroom, such as replacing the moldy silicone and having a bedside lamp with a switch on the lead. However, these were easily overlooked in light of the overall enjoyable experience.

The inn had a charming rustic atmosphere with exposed wooden beams and a cozy fireplace. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our romantic escape even more enjoyable. We loved the fact that the inn sourced their ingredients locally and served organic food, which made our dining experience even more delightful. the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

The room we stayed in had a few issues, such as a worn-out mattress and lumpy pillows. It would have been better if these had been replaced.
