We stayed at Dawlish Warren for a short time with an elderly parent and found the property to be well equipped, very clean, and ideal for our needs. Despite initially having difficulty finding our chalet in the dark, the welcome package was a pleasant surprise and the communication was excellent. We appreciated the added extras such as milk in the fridge, DVDs, books, outdoor games for the children, and the homely feel of the location. The grass area outside was perfect for the kids to play, and it was only a short walk to the central attractions and beach.

We had a lovely stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was fantastic, just minutes away from the beach and close to the train station. Everything we needed was provided, from clean and comfortable rooms to amenities like ironing facilities and a sitting area. The hotel also had great facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, live entertainment, and a sun terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we had a fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

That we were unable to get passes for the entertainment, but this did not take away from our overall experience.

The property itself is spacious, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find games, DVDs, and extra amenities provided by the hosts. The added touch of toiletries, tea and coffee, and even scones, cream. The bungalow was situated in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay.

We also enjoyed the availability of games and DVDs, which added to our enjoyment during our stay. Communication with the owners was prompt and helpful. it was a lovely experience and we would highly recommend it to others.

The chalet we stayed in was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities such as a comfortable sofa, good Wi-Fi, and beach toys for kids. We also appreciated the cleanliness and the small touches offered such as milk and biscuits. the location was ideal, within minutes to the beach and in a quiet, relaxing area.

The beds were uncomfortable, with springs that could be felt through the mattress and the curtains did not block out all the light. the chalet was a good experience, but it could be improved with better beds and curtains for a comfortable night's sleep.

While the chalet had everything we needed, the Wi-Fi connection was poor and the TV's signal was not reliable. Additionally, the DVD player was not working, which was a disappointment when we wanted to relax in the evenings.
