I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel here and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is perfectly situated, being right next to the beach. It's located in a steep hill, offering stunning views of the beach and its surroundings. The staff, especially the reception desk, were friendly and gave excellent customer service. The hotel also offers a range of amenities, including a leisure swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and a seasonal outdoor pool. There is also live entertainment and a beachfront area with beach umbrellas and sun loungers. The staff, named Hazel, was really friendly and provided great service. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The location is perfect, with easy access to the centre of Bournemouth and the beautiful pier and shops. We loved being directly opposite the Russell-Cotes gallery, with its stunning views. The room was spacious and had a good sea view, and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was nice and the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed spending time on the lovely terrace and pool area.

One thing to note is that the balcony furniture and rail were not properly clean, but it didn't spoil our overall experience.

The leisure swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were great for relaxation, and we enjoyed the beach access and sun terrace. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel had great facilities, including a swimming pool with towels provided and comfortable sun loungers. The staff, especially receptionist Bence, were helpful, kind, and charming. I was also pleased to see that the hotel had updated its menus to include information about food allergies. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of various attractions and transportation options.

The hotel room was well-furnished and spacious with plenty of storage. The buffet-style breakfast had a wide variety of options and the evening meal was equally delicious. The staff, especially the bar staff at The Retreat, were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, shops, and attractions. Despite a few minor drawbacks like smoking on the balconies and a delay in check-in, our overall experience was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Marsham Court for a week and had a wonderful time. The spacious sea view room was great, despite a few tv wiring issues which the friendly staff quickly fixed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. The bar had a good selection of food and the staff were accommodating in allowing us to have a quieter meal. The swimming pool was a nice facility for sunbathing. The hotel is in a great location, moments from the beach and city center. The reception staff were excellent, always friendly and even gave my granddaughter free ice cream every day.

The room was too hot, and it was uncomfortable to sleep. the shower kept flooding the bathroom floor.
