We stayed at Dean Park for a recent ice hockey match and were impressed by the hotel's convenient location. The reception team was fantastic, friendly, and attentive to every guest. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff took pride in their work.

It has a beautiful outdoor feature that is soothing and relaxing. the rooms are spacious with all the necessary amenities one might need during their stay. It’s located close to key attractions and facilities, making it easy to explore the city. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is of good quality.

The hotel corridors and some public areas could do with a bit of a refresh as they appear a bit worn out. the chef could improve on the evening meals as they were mediocre.

The refurbished rooms were clean, modern, and cosy. The breakfasts were plentiful and the staff were very helpful. The Sunday evening Carvery was great value for money, even though we arrived near the end of serving, the staff went the extra mile to serve us. The food, including the Fish and Chips and Sticky Toffee Pudding, was plentiful and delicious. The hotel had a friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, and the bar food was really nice with generous portions.
