This hotel is situated in a pleasant residential area, on a quiet street just minutes away from the heart of downtown. The rooms here are well equipped with 2 twin beds and a garden view, and even though the bathroom is shared, it is cleaned repeatedly during the day and also has a private sink. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making sure that all basic amenities are provided. Breakfast is also a highlight, with a variety of options including hot food, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals.

A very special stay! The staff, especially a Spanish girl, were always friendly and provided helpful information about restaurants and bars. The guest house has a unique and charming design that sets it apart from other places. Even though the mattress was a bit old, they went above and beyond to make it more comfortable for me. I am already looking forward to my next visit to this special place.

I had a great stay at Dene Guest House in Edinburgh. The location was perfect, close to the center and Stockbridge. My room, number 2, was on the ground floor and very quiet at night. The shared bathroom was no problem, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable, the wifi was excellent, and the shower was just right. it was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

We found a fantastic B&B in a quiet area, just 15 minutes on foot from the city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. We also appreciated the convenient location, with restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance.

We had a delightful stay at this beautiful guest house in a central location. The breakfast options were amazing, and the staff made us feel right at home. Even though the bathrooms were shared, it didn't bother us at all. The back rooms were quiet and had a lovely view of the adjacent gardens. we had a lovely experience and would highly recommend this place to others.

The location was great, as it was just a short bus ride or a 25-30 minute walk to the Old Town. It was also pretty central if you needed to take an Uber or go to Waverley station. The room I stayed in was extremely clean and really spacious. It had all the basic amenities I needed, including a TV, kettle with tea and coffee, a big double bed, and a wardrobe. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices, ranging from toast and scrambled eggs to pancakes, instant porridge, fresh fruit, and muesli. The price was reasonable for what I received, and I thought it was great value for money.

All in all, my experience was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.

The single room I stayed in was compact but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The shared bathroom was clean and easily accessible, with no need to wait in line. The location of the guesthouse was great, just a short walk to the Old Town. The breakfast provided was delicious and served promptly. I had a wonderful experience at Dene Guest House. I recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
