We got excellent value for our money at Derwent House Apartments. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished, and the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped. The location was perfect, with a quiet street and easy access to the beach and local amenities. The staff treated us warmly and the little extra touches, like fresh juice and cakes on arrival, made us feel very welcome. Easily the nicest apartments we've stayed in!

More breakfast options would have made our stay even better.

We recently stayed at a stunning apartment in Scarborough. the Derwent House apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything we could possibly need. the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped and had absolutely everything we could need and more. We were pleasantly surprised to find fresh juice and cakes on arrival, which was a very welcome treat after a long car journey with the kids. the location of the apartment was perfect, situated on a nice quiet street at the south end. Just a couple of minutes walk away was the cliff lift down to the beach, and there was also a Sainsbury's local within a few minutes' walk. We couldn't fault a thing and if we ever return to Scarborough, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Easily the nicest apartment we've ever stayed in. the whole family wanted to move in!
