We absolutely loved the location of the apartment. Just up the road, we embarked on a breathtaking coastal walk to Berryhead nature reserve where we even had a chance to spot some seals. The views from the apartment were simply phenomenal, with the sunset leaving us in awe. The apartment itself was well-equipped and comfortable, providing everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was a peaceful escape where we could watch the world go by. The proximity to the center and the coastal walks made it easy for us to explore the local bays. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the dated kitchen appliances and average beds, the overall cleanliness of the apartment was good. However, it wasn't a major issue for us. The friendly greeting and helpfulness of the staff added to our pleasant experience.

Wifi was temperamental.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay with breathtaking views from our balcony. the location was perfect, with easy access to sightseeing spots. the apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a nice bathroom and shower, and comfortable bedding and towels provided.

We did find some drawbacks. the lounge furniture was not very comfortable for relaxing in front of the TV.

I had an amazing stay with the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities provided were excellent. The parking facility was convenient and secure. The location of the hotel, just a short walk away from the main harbor and through the Marina, was perfect. Additionally, the transportation options in this city were easily accessible.

Can't fault anything about it.

I loved the view of the marina and the sea beyond from my flat. the welcome from Earl was excellent - he kindly gave me some milk and helped me with the coffee machine. the location of the flat is great for walks, with a stroll into town through the Marina and the harbour area. There are also supermarkets and a natural health shop nearby. the flat itself is bright and well-equipped, making it easy for me to cook my meals. the staff, including John and Rob, were all very helpful and friendly. the accommodation is well-maintained with good facilities and fantastic views from the balcony.

I got great value for my money at Devoncourt! The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the marina and sea. The location was perfect, just a minute walk from the breakwater and a short stroll to the harbor and restaurants. The staff, especially our host Rob, were friendly, courteous, and gave us great suggestions for places to visit and dine. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The breakfast could've been better with more variety.

We couldn't get enough of the stunning scenery and could have spent our entire holiday just admiring it. the location was also perfect, with easy access to beautiful walks in the area, such as Brixham and Berry Head, and along the impressive breakwater. we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food at the local bistros and fish and chip shops, and indulged in yummy ice creams while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the harbourside.

While our stay was fantastic, we did find the prices to be quite high, especially considering the additional charge for linen and towels. the bathroom in our apartment was a bit outdated and in need of renovation, although we were informed that this was in the works.

The location was perfect, very near to the nature reserve and just a short walk to breakwater beach. The apartment was in a quiet area, which was great for a peaceful getaway. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a late check-out which was a massive bonus. The view from the window was amazing, and the spacious apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The price was a bit expensive for what was offered.

Maintenance issues

The location was perfect, with easy parking and a short stroll to the town with its great selection of pubs and restaurants. the apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a smart TV and a coffee maker.

The building and apartment were a bit dated and in need of some updating and maintenance. the balcony floor was ripped, the windows were dirty, and there were issues with the curtains, toilet roll holder, and balcony chairs.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, with easy access to the beautiful Berryhead nature reserve and just a short walk away from the bustling Brixham harbour. The balcony provided stunning views of the marina in Brixham, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. The apartment itself was clean and modern, with comfortable furnishings and a spacious bathroom.

The carpet in the apartment was quite worn and stained, which was a minor drawback.

The location of the apartments is perfect, right next to the seafront with stunning views of the bay. It is just a short distance from the main harbour and there is a small beach on the breakwater beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a nice hot shower. The Tassimo coffee machine with pods included was a nice touch.

The apartments could benefit from some updating as they are slightly dated.

The apartment felt cozy and like home, with a bright and well-equipped kitchen for cooking our meals. The balcony was a great addition with its beautiful view, and the cleverly placed mirror in the sitting room area reflected the scenery.

We felt cared for and had no complaints.
