I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location on the riverside was amazing, and it was a stone's throw away from the city center and the cathedral. I loved sitting by the river and watching the rowers and swans, it was so peaceful. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, and the rooms were well equipped and modern. The breakfast served in the conservatory room with a view of the river was absolutely fabulous. The staff were all friendly and attentive, making my experience even better.

I had a great time at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and were always friendly and approachable. The room was a good size with a lovely bathroom equipped with a deep bath. The bed was huge and I loved having the patio doors in the annex that opened up to a beautiful view of the river. The temperature in the room was perfect throughout my stay. The hotel also offered great facilities, including access to a nearby gym which was a big plus. And the location was unbeatable, close to the cathedral and shops, with superb walks along the river. The breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the river was a delightful experience.

The rooms were bright, clean, and beautifully dressed. The view of the river from the window was exceptional. The grounds were well kept and managed. The staff were lovely - very helpful and friendly.

The location on the banks of the river was absolutely stunning. The buildings were charming and the grounds were immaculately kept. The staff were friendly and well-trained, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food served at the hotel was delicious and the breakfast was particularly enjoyable. My room was comfortable, clean, and had a very comfy bed. The bathroom was lovely, although the electric shower had poor water pressure. The hotel provided fluffy towels and the shower worked well. I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The tap water is not easily accessible and is not offered alongside the juices at breakfast.

This place is in the perfect location, right at the edge of the river and just a short walk from the cathedral and town center. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the river and gardens. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the morning staff were attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The room itself was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable, I had a wonderful night's sleep. I will definitely be coming back!

The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

diglis house exceeded our expectations for a second stay in worcester. the friendly staff, spacious room with a lovely view of the river, and well-equipped bathroom made our stay enjoyable. the hotel's gym access and delicious breakfast in the conservatory were added bonuses. we can't wait to stay again soon!

Spent New Year at a riverside hotel recently, and the experience was great! the location is perfect, with a beautiful view of the river, and key tourist spots just a short walk away. the amazing thing was that they served the best breakfast I have had in a long time, with a Full English breakfast that was delicious. They also had a nice restaurant, and we had a very enjoyable evening there.

I do have to point out that the room we stayed in needs some renovation. Broken furniture, a badly dipping mattress and a small TV were some of the issues.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The location of this place is just amazing, nestled by the peaceful river, offering stunning views and a sense of tranquility. It was perfect for a night out in town and then a leisurely walk along the river the next morning. It felt like stepping into a scene from Pride and Prejudice, with its beautiful gardens and charming atmosphere.
